  • Facilitated a workshop for the City of Henderson, NV, involving over 100 city staff and managers to define priorities for the proposed city-wide asset management program including the wastewater facilities.
  • Designed and facilitated a technical workshop for San Jose Water Company and customer agencies to evaluate recycled water alternative project delivery methods.
  • Facilitated technical review workshops for Clean Water Coalition, Las Vegas, NV for the SCOP wastewater project.
  • Facilitated an expert panel workshop for the City of Las Vegas to gain consensus on odor mitigation for the Water Pollution Control Facility
  • Facilitated a two pre-design charrettes for Clark County Water Reclamation District. The Phase 1 workshop evaluated location, type and phasing of membrane filtration and effluent disinfection/oxidation facilities. The Phase 2 workshop evaluated project delivery methods for the new facilities.
  • Facilitated an expert panel workshop to review proposed hydropower project for the City of Aspen, CO.
  • Facilitated peer review expert team workshops for Capital Regional Wastewater District, Victoria, BC, to evaluate options and alternate project delivery methods for a Regional Wastewater Plan.
  • Facilitated process of selecting and implementing an alternate delivery method for the new Spokane County Wastewater Reclamation Facility that involved legal and technical consultants.
